Domestic Shipping:

All orders will be shipped with your choice of UPS options of ground, 3 day select, 2 day air, or next day air.  An order in any state other than the continous 48 states will take one extra business day to ship.

Discreet Shipping: All items are discreetly packaged in a brown unmarked box or USPS Priority Mail Box plainly labeled "Trout Water" with NO indication of the contents.

Discreet Credit Card Charges: appear as "Trout Water" with NO indication of the types of products purchased or the web site name/address.

No sales tax is collected when you shop with us, except in Colorado which is 7.8%.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon order shipment.

All battery operated products may be tested before being shipped to ensure that they are in good working condition.

Please note that in the event of an extreme catastrophe (weather), we cannot make any guarantees in regards to shipping transit times.

Most orders ship from Colorado. Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from a different location. Items that ship from a separate location do not necessarily ship the same day the rest of your order does. There may be a time zone delay for these orders.

Return Policy:

Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted.

Damaged or defective items may be returned for the same item only. 

International Shipping:

We cannot ship DVDs or Videos to Canada or Australia per their customs laws. Orders with only DVDs or Videos will be canceled. Multiple product orders will be shipped complete without the DVD or Videos.

International orders may require you to pay an import tax dependant upon your countries laws and rates. 

If any package is returned due to your regions laws than you will be charged for the shipping charges only.
